For parents and guardians
7 October 2026
Why we ask for your consent, what your child's account shows you, and how to change your mind.
1. Giving consent
Students under 18 need a parent or guardian's OK before they can enter the exam. When your child signs up, we send a one-time code to your phone or email. Entering it confirms your consent. Nothing is charged.
2. What you can see
- ✓A progress summary: practice sessions, lessons and active days (monthly on Free, weekly on the Scholar plan).
- ✓Your child's exam result and rank.
- ✓Whether your child's name appears on the public results board. It's off unless you both agree.
3. If your child earns a scholarship
We contact you, not just your child. You choose the school or provider, send us their invoice, and we pay them directly. You get the receipt.
4. Changing your mind
You can withdraw consent or ask us to delete your child's account at any time by replying to any message from us. Withdrawing consent removes your child from future exams and the results board.
